On November 16, 2021, the Academy of Justice in the framework of the Continuous Training Program in cooperation with the IRZ project is conducting training through the Zoom platform on: "Practical implementation of the Law on Business Organizations".
Trainers engaged in this training are: Mr. Mahir Tutuli, Judge of the Court of Appeals and Mrs. Barbara Brenner- Lawyer specializing in insolvency law and corporate restructuring.
The purpose of this training is to advance the professional knowledge of the participants regarding the ways of establishment and suppression of business organization and the legal consequences they create.
The training methodology is of a combined character with theoretical explanations and interactive discussions.
Beneficiaries of this training are: Judges from the Department of Commercial Affairs of the Basic Court and the Court of Appeals.
