November 16 2021, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges (generation 8) is conducting a theoretical training from the sub-module on the Criminal Procedure Code – Special Procedures according to CPCRK, with trainer Mr. Skënder Çoçaj judge in the Basic Court in Prizren.
This session will cover the following topics: purpose of imposing measures of mandatory treatment to juveniles, general principles during enforcement, enforcement of the mandatory psychiatric treatment measure in liberty, and imposing the measure for mandatory rehabilitation treatment.
Training methodology is applying practical cases followed with interactive discussions method.
The training is taking place in person at the Academy premises applying all prevention measures against Covid-19.
Beneficiaries of this training are 24 newly appointed judges two of whom are of the Serbian community.
