November 22 2021, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges (generation 8) is conducting a theoretical training from the sub-module on “Punitive policies guideline, with trainer Mr. Enver Peci, President of the Supreme Court.
This session is covering the following: The circumstances for the aggravation of the sentence and the manner of implementing the guideline from the practical aspect.
Training methodology is applying practical cases followed with interactive discussions. The training is taking place in-person at the Academy premises implementing all preventive measures against Covid-19.
Beneficiaries of the training are 24 newly appointed judges, two of who are of the Serbian community.
