On November 24, 2021, in the framework of the initial training program for newly appointed judges of the eighth generation (8), theoretical training is being conducted under the module "Punitive policy Guide" with Mr. Burim Ademi, Judge at the Court of Appeals.
The following topics addressed in this session are: Principles for sentencing, categorization of the fine and the sentence imposed, other circumstances affecting the fine and the application of the provisions on the fine for criminal offenses incriminated in special laws.
The training methodology applied consist of practical cases as well as interactive discussion. The training is being carried out in person at the Academy of Justice by implementing all preventive measures against the COVID-19 virus.
Beneficiaries of the training are 24 newly appointed judges, two of whom are from the Serb community.
