On November 30, 2021, in the framework of the initial training program for newly appointed judges of the eighth generation (8), theoretical training is being conducted under the sub module "Reasoning of court decisions" with Mr. Bashkim Hyseni, Judge at the Court of Appeals.
In this session the topics that are being addressed are: IRAC – Method, identification of the issue (problem), analysis of the legal norm and conclusion.
The training methodology is being applied with practical cases as well as interactive discussion. The training is being carried out in person at the Academy of Justice by implementing all preventive measures against the COVID-19 virus. Beneficiaries of the training are 24 newly appointed judges, two of whom are from the Serb community.
