Sub-module - Juvenile Justice Code, fifth session, topic - "Preparatory procedure, arrest, police detention, detention, main trial and court decisions"

On December 2, 2021, in the framework of the initial training program for newly appointed judges of the eighth generation (8), theoretical training is being conducted under the module "Juvenile Justice Code" with Mrs. Nesrin Lushta, Judge of the Supreme Court.

The topics addressed during this session are: The subjects for initiating the preparatory procedure, the criminal report of the police, the detention of the juvenile, the course of the detention procedure and the duration of detention according to the decision of the juvenile judge.

The training methodology applied consist of practical cases and interactive discussions. The training is being carried out in person at the Academy of Justice by implementing all preventive measures against the COVID-19 virus. Beneficiaries of the training are 24 newly appointed judges, two of whom are from the Serb community.
