December 3 2021, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training for newly appointed judges (generation 8) is conducting theoretical training from the sub-module on Reasoning of judgments, with trainer Mr. Bashkim Hyseni, judge in the Appeals Court.
This is the last session within this module and is covering the following aspects: the right to a reasoned court decision, the methodology of drafting the criminal judgment and the reasoning of the judgment.
Training methodology is applying practical cases and the interactive method of discussions. The Training is taking place in person at the Academy premises, implementing all prevention measures against Covid-19.
Beneficiaries of this training are 24 newly appointed judges two of whom are of the Serbian community.
