On December 3, 2021, the Academy of Justice, within the Continuous Training Program in cooperation with EULEX, are conducting a workshop on "Unification of prosecution practices in the application of the new Law on Juveniles."
Experts engaged in this workshop are: Nesrin Lushta - Judge, Supreme Court of Kosovo, Besim Kelmendi - Prosecutor, Office of the Chief State Prosecutor, Mrs. Radica Milić, Prosecutor, Basic Prosecution Mitrovica and Mr. Shpëtim Peci, Prosecutor, Basic Prosecution Mitrovica.
The purpose of this workshop is to advance the professional knowledge of participants regarding the dilemmas raised during the daily work of prosecutors regarding criminal offenses when committed by juveniles or cases where victims are minors.
The workshop methodology consists of interactive discussion, presentation of issues through cases, discussion of cases and summary of conclusions on the discussed issues.
Beneficiaries of this workshop are: Prosecutors from the Juvenile Department.
