On 15th and 16th of July 2014, the KJI in cooperation with the “Further support to Legal Education Reform in Kosovo” project supported by EU, organized a following workshop for elaboration of modules of the training for court management of courts and prosecutorial offices, as well as for the administrative staff of courts and prosecutorial offices.
Purpose of these workshops was identification of the training needs for the target groups – beneficiaries of the training modules which will be organized by all the respective training programs of KJI which are related to the court and prosecution office managements, as well as the training modules for the courts and prosecutorial offices administrative staff.
As a result, working groups reviewed the reports resulting from the previous meeting and continued to provide recommendations for setting the priorities as well as identification of trainers. Next activities are planned to take place in September and will continue until the end of the relevant modules and for preparation of the trainings for these modules.
Part of these working groups were Court Presidents, supervisory judges, judges and prosecutors, court and prosecutorial office administrators, officials of the Secretariats of the Kosovo Judicial Council and of the Prosecutorial Council, case managements officials, as well as staff members of the KJI.
