On August 18, 19 and 22nd, KJI accomplished trainings as scheduled in the Initial Training Program.
On August 18th 2014, the candidates for judges and prosecutors attended the training on the Enforcement Procedure module with the topic of “Executive titles and execution through bank accounts”, as well as the module on the uncontested procedure with the topic of “Declaring a person missing, procedure for declaring the missing person as dead, and procedure for proving death”. On the same date, candidates for judges and prosecutors attended the training on the module of – Avoiding Criminal Prosecutions, on the topic of “Suspension of investigations according to the CPCK” and the module of: Minutes, focusing on the topic of “Minutes of the Prosecution office”.
On August 19th 2014, candidates for judges and prosecutors attended trainings on the module of the “Law on Inheritance”, with the topic of “Court competencies in reviewing the inheritance property, division of inheritance and division with will”, while the candidates for prosecutors attended the training on the module of – Indictment and the reviewing procedure, with the following topic “Change, expansion and dropping the indictment”.
In the afternoon session of August 19th, candidates for judges and prosecutors together undertook the training on the module of Control and confiscation, with the topic of “Confiscation – sequestration before increase of indictment”.
On August 22nd 2014, candidates for judges and prosecutors attended the training on two joint modules – Increase of the judges and prosecutors social skills, concretely on the topic of “Communication and social interaction” and the module on Cyber Crime.
Trainings are conducted to modern methodologies, combining theoretical explanations with practical cases, through cases studies and division of the candidates into groups.
