On 04 September 2014, KJI conducted a training on: “Obstruction to possession and judicial protection”
The purpose of this training was to provide participants with the assistance on distinguishing legal and factual power over objects, to define the elements of obstruction of the right to possession and implement the procedures for protection from obstruction to possession.
During this training were addressed topics such as; obstruction to possession, elements of theobstruction to possession act, judicial protection and litigation procedures in obstruction to possession. Focus of this training was the character of the obstruction to possession disputes, obstruction to possession act while taking over the objects and the complaint for protection and judicial deadlines, as well as the specifics of obstruction to possession disputes.
The training was developed through judicial practical cases and interactive discussions.
