Law on Trade Mark – Practical Aspects of its Application
On 19 September, Kosovo Judicial Institute in cooperation with EUIPR, organizes a two days training on: “Law on Trade Mark – Practical Aspects of its Application”.
Beneficiaries of this training are judges of Economic Department of Basic and Appeal level.
The content of this training will be the national legislation and international legal instruments on trade mark area, objects to be protected as a trade mark, civil and legal protection of trade makr.
