On 30 September 2014, Kosovo Judicial Institute organizes a training for judges and prosecutors on: “Measures for ensuring the presence of the defendant in the criminal procedure”.
During this training will be discussed the detention, specific legal conditions of detention, reasoning why other measures are insufficient for insuring the presence of the defendant and other measures for ensuring the presence of the defendant in the criminal procedure.
