From October 31st to November 2nd 2014, the KJI conducted a workshop on drafting the KJI’s Strategic Plan for the period of 2015 – 2017.
Focus of this workshop was having the first comprehensive draft of KJI’s strategic plan in place. After analyzing proposals sent by KJI’s professional staff on this strategic plan, the working group determined the structure of strategic plan, strategic priorities for the three years period and prepared its first draft.
Structure of the strategic plan includes vision, mission, legal mandate, institutional values, evaluation of actual situation, general objectives and their aims, specific objectives and concrete activities for their accomplishment, to include also the monitoring process, etc.
Relying of this structure and on strategic priorities, the working group drafted a sustainable document which will be further discussed with experts of the area in order to be in line with the highest standards of the judicial training schools in developed countries.
