On March 17, 2022, the Academy of Justice in cooperation with GIZ, within its Continuous Training Program is conducting training on "The Property Law and Judicial Practice in Property Law".
Trainers engaged for this activity are Mr. Erdogan Haxhibeqiri and Mr. Zenel Leku judges at the Kosovo Supreme Court.
Purpose of this training is to extend the participants knowledge on the applicable legislation in Kosovo in the area of property law, particularly in extending the knowledge on ways of acquiring property according to the Basic Legislation on Property Protection, as well as protection and cease of the property rights.
The methodology of this training is being realized in a combined way through the interactive method and practical cases.
Beneficiaries in this training were 16 officials of the Free Legal Aid Agency for from all regions.
