On 26 November 2014, Kosovo Judicial Institute in cooperation with KPMG organizes two-day training on "Bankruptcy Procedure of business organizations". This training will be held at Hotel Dukagjini in Peja.
This training will be focused on issues related to the initiation and development of the bankruptcy proceeding, reorganization and liquidation process and the challenges faced by the judicial practice in this process.
Beneficiaries of this training will be basic and appeal court judges, department for commercial matters and administrators of bankruptcy.
