On May 19, 2022, the Academy of Justice within its Continuous Training Program is conducting training on The role of the Agency and the privatization - liquidation process of socially owned enterprises by the KPA.
Trainer engaged for this activity is Mr. Sahit Sylejmani, judge of the Supreme Court.
The focus of the training is on the discussions and issues raised by the participants about the role of the Agency in the process of privatization and liquidation of KPA entities.
The training methodology is of a character combined with theoretical explanations and interactive discussions while presenting practical cases.
Beneficiaries of this training are Judges from the Special Chamber, judges of the Basic Courts-civil division.
