On 11 December 2014, Kosovo Judicial Institute will organize training for judges and prosecutors on: “Statutory limitation of criminal cases”.
The focus of the training will be issues related to the statutory limitation of criminal prosecution, initiation and termination of the statutory limitation term, statutory limitation of punishment execution.
Beneficiaries of this training are judges and prosecutors of basic level - serious crimes, general and juvenile department.
