On 18 December 2014, KJI within the framework of Initial Training Program and in cooperation with State Agency for Personal Data Protection, organizes a practical training for the candidates for judges and prosecutors.
The objective of this training is to provide knowledge to candidates for judges and prosecutors on the organizational structure and management of the State Agency for Personal Data Protection. The focus of this training will be local and international legislation for the protection of personal data, cases treated by the ECHR regarding the right to privacy and cases treated by the State Agency of Personal Data Protection.
