On 18 December 2014, Kosovo Judicial Institute within the Continuous Training Program conducted training on: “Cooperation of State Prosecutor with all relevant institutions in combating economic and financial crime”.
This training aimed to advance the knowledge of participants in order to have an easier identification of competencies and mutual authorization, evaluate and raise the level of interagency cooperation, understand more about interagency cooperation models and define common objectives of cooperation
During this training were discussed models for enlargement of cooperation, obstacles for successful cooperation, state prosecutor's position in relation to the powers of the FIU, TAK and other relevant institutions in combating economic and financial crimes and cooperation of Prosecutor with all other relevant institutions to combat economic and financial crimes.
The training was conducted in the form of interactive discussions relating to current practice and future prospects followed by practical examples.
