Witness handling - Mentoring for professional associates

February 22-23 2024, Academy of Justice in cooperation with the Western Balkans Rule of Law Initiative (WBROLI) funded by the UK Government and the UK Embassy in Prishtina, within the Continuous Training Program are conducting the training for professional associates on the topic of  “Witness Handling”.

Trainers engaged in this activity are Mr. Howard Morrison KCMG CBE KC, British lawyer, and Ms. Gabriele Watts, expert.

Purpose of this training is to extend the participants knowledge on reviewing the witness handling methods.

Training methodology is combination of theoretical lecturing and interactive discussions method, through presentation of practical cases, and role playing in the mentoring sessions through exercising the examination that will be practiced throughout the training.

Beneficiaries of this training are professional associates from the special department of the Basic Court in Prishtina and from the Special Prosecution Office.
