- Duties and responsibilities of the Executive Director are determined by
Law No. 05/L-095 on the Academy of Justice, Law No. 08/L-063 on Amending and Supplementing
of Laws related to the Rationalization and Establishment of Accountability
Lines of Independent Agencies and the relevant legislation in force.
- Duties and responsibilities of the professional and support staff of the
Office of the Executive Director are determined according to the relevant
legislation for public officials.
- Number of employees in the Office of the Executive Director of the Academy
of Justice is two (2).
