Indictment, court hearing and reasoning

On May 31, 2023, the Academy of Justice is carrying out the training for professional associates on the topic "Indictment, judicial review and reasoning".

Trainers engaged in this training are: Mr. Afrim Shala, judge at the Supreme Court, and Mr. Shkelzen Ibrahimi, prosecutor at the Basic Prosecutor's Office in Pristina.

The purpose of this training is to advance the knowledge of the participants about drafting the indictment.

The training methodology is of a combined character with theoretical explanations and interactive discussions, presenting practical cases.

Beneficiaries of this training are the professional associates from all the courts and prosecution offices of Kosovo.
