The Labor Law and the Law on Obligations

On September 11, 2024, the Academy of Justice in cooperation with EULEX, within the framework of the Continuous Training Program, are carrying out the training from the Basic Module for professional associates and legal officers in the civil field on the topic The Labor Law and the Law on Obligations.

Trainers engaged in this activity are: Mr. Valon Totaj, President of the Court of Appeal and Mr. Arsim Hamzaj, judge at the Court of Appeal. The purpose of this training is to advance the participants knowledge regarding Contracts and their interpretation, as well as judicial protection in disputes from the employment relationships according to the Labor Law.

The applied methodology was of a combined character, with theoretical presentations and interactive discussions. Beneficiaries of this training are Professional associates, legal officers from the Courts of Kosovo - Civil division.
