The Law on Inheritance and the Property Rights Law

On September 9, 2024, the Academy of Justice in cooperation with EULEX, within the framework of the Continuous Training Program, are conducting the training from the Basic Module for professional associates and legal officers in the civil field on the topic "Inheritance and property rights". Trainers engaged in this activity are: Mr. Rrustem Thaçi and Mr. Zenel Leku, judges at the Supreme Court of Kosovo.

The purpose of this training is to advance the knowledge of the participants regarding inheritance and property rights. The applied methodology was of a combined character, with theoretical explanations and interactive discussions.

Beneficiaries of this training are: Professional associates and legal officers from the Courts - Civil division.
