On May 25, 2022, the Academy of Justice in cooperation with UNDP, within its Continuous Training Program is conducting training from the Basic Module for professional associates and legal officers on The general and special parts of the criminal law.
Trainers engaged in this activity are: Mr. Burim Ademi, Judge at the Court of Appeals and Mr. Shpëtim Peci, Prosecutor in the Basic Prosecution in Mitrovica.
The purpose of this training is to advance the participants knowledge regarding the General Principles of the implementation of the most favorable Law, the causes of exclusion of unlawfulness, criminal offenses against life and body as well as criminal offenses against sexual integrity.
The methodology applied was of a combined nature, with theoretical explanations and interactive discussions.
Beneficiaries of this training are: Professional associates, legal officers from all courts and prosecutors of Kosovo.
