June 16 2022, Academy of Justice within its Continuous Training Program is conducting a training on Incitement to national, racial, religious, or ethnic hatred, division, or intolerance.
Trainers engaged in this activity are Mr. Ali Kutllovci judge in the Mitrovica Basic Court, and Ms. Iliriana Tafa, prosecutor in the Special Prosecution of the Republic of Kosovo.
Purpose of this training is to closely inform the participants that incitement of hatred, division and intolerance based on national, racial or ethnic grounds is considered a criminal offence.
Participants in this training are judges and prosecutors of the Appeals instance and the basic instances.
