Roundtable - Case law of the Supreme Court, Administrative Department of the Appellate Court, and Administrative Department of the Basic Court in Prishtina

June 23-24 2022, Academy of Justice within its Continuous Training Program is conducting a Roundtable on the Case law of the Supreme Court, Administrative Department of the Appellate Court, and Administrative Department of the Basic Court in Prishtina.

Panelists engaged in this roundtable are Mr. Enver Peci the Supreme Court President, Mr. Nebojša Boričić Supreme Court Judge, Mr. Ragip Namani Supreme Court judge, Ms. Delushe Halimi the Appellate Court judge, Ms. Luljeta Maxhuni judge in Prishtina Basic Court, Mr. Ramush Bardiqi also judge in the Prishtina Basic Court, and Mr. Islam Sllamniku trainer in the Justice Academy.

Main purpose of this roundtable is to discuss on actual issues occurring in relation to administrative disputes.

Also, it aims addressing the actual issues from the case law and harmonization and unification of opinions pertaining to administrative issues and correct application of the administrative dispute procedures between judges of the administrative department of the Prishtina Basic Court, the Administrative Department of the Appellate Court and of the Kosovo’s Supreme Court. 

Methodology of this roundtable is combination of theoretical explanations and interactive discussion through presentation of practical cases.

Beneficiaries of this roundtable are: judges of the administrative department from the Prishtina Basic Court, the Appellate Court, the Supreme Court and professional associates.
