On July 5, 2022, the Academy of Justice in the framework of the Continuous Training Program, is conducting a training on: "Detention and other measures to ensure the presence of the defendant in the procedure".
Trainers engaged are: Mr. Zyhdi Haziri, judge at the Court of Appeal and Mrs. Iliriana Tafa, prosecutor in the Special Prosecutor's Office of Kosovo.
The training purpose is to provide knowledge to participants on legal conditions - the basis for setting measures to ensure the presence of the defendant in the procedure.
The beneficiaries of the training are: Judges of Basic and Appeal Courts, Prosecutors of the Basic Prosecution, Appeals and Special Prosecution of the Republic of Kosovo.
