July 6-7 2022, Academy of Justice within the Continuous Training Program is conducting a roundtable on property cases.
Panelists engaged for this roundtable are Mr. Fejzullah Rexhepi – Supreme Court judge, Mr. Zenel Leku – Supreme Court judge, Mr. Rrustem Thaqi –Supreme Court judge and Mr. Lumni Sallauka Appeals Court judge.
Main purpose of this roundtable is to focus on addressing the challenges of the judicial practice on application of material provisions in the area of property law, that will elaborate on main issues within the property law framework. Elaboration of the cases will be made through presentation of concrete cases.
The roundtable methodology is combination of theoretical explanations, interactive discussion and presentation through practical cases.
Beneficiaries of this roundtable are judges of the Appeals Court and of Basic Courts.
