On 21–23 April 2015, KJI with the support of British Embassy in Kosovo and implemented by RIPA International has conducted three days training on Training of Trainers Program on the aforementioned topic.
This training was oriented in two main points: provide participants with skills that will enable them to deliver effective trainings and achieve consistency of trainings developed by RIPA International.
By using the methodology and advanced moderation techniques during the training were discussed: design of a training program with special emphasis on elements of the training cycle, examination of training program design process, learning styles, identify and overcome obstacles for the program to be provided in the most efficient manner.
Also a part of the training was dedicated to the structuring of a training session, guiding principles, facilitation and techniques to be used during the training, in which case the participants were given the opportunity to practice their presentation skills by writing and delivering some training sessions on different topics.
Beneficiaries of this training were Judges from Special Chamber of Supreme Court, and Judges from Basic Court – Commercial Department.
