July 18 2022, the Initial Training Program for newly appointed judges of the ninth generation officially commences. Academy of Justice, within the Initial Training Program for the second group of the newly appointed judge’s generation nine (9) is conducting a theoretical training from the Sub-module on “Professional Ethics”, in support of Mr. Lumni Sallauka, judge in the Appeals Court.
The first session, is addressing the following topics: The basic rules of judicial ethics as provided in the code of professional ethics for judges, and the principles and rules of the code in different real-life situations.
Training methodology involves interactive method based on practical cases.
Beneficiaries of this training are 18 newly appointed judges.
