On July 22, 2022, the initial training for newly appointed judges of the ninth generation commenced officially.
In the framework of the Initial Training Program, the Academy of Justice, for the newly appointed judges of the (9th) generation for the second group, is carrying out the theoretical training under the "Civil Law" module, with the engaged trainer Mr. Lumni Sallauka, judge at the Court of Appeal.
The topics being addressed in this first session are: The object of civil law, the principles of civil law, the basic institutions of civil law, the system of civil law, the notion of the sources of civil law and the nature of the sources of law civil.
The training methodology is being developed through an interactive and case-based method.
Beneficiaries of the training are 18 newly appointed judges.
