July 26 2022, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for the second group of newly appointed judges, generation 9, is conducting theoretical training from the sub-module on “Civil Law”, with trainer Mr. Lumni Sallauka, judge in the Appeals Court.
This training session is covering the following topics: Modification of legal works-condition and terms, separation of legal works, causal and abstract legal works, formal and informal legal works and unilateral-bilateral legal works.
Training methodology is case-based interactive discussion.
Beneficiaries of this training are 28 newly appointed judges.
