July 27 2022, Academy of Justice within its Initial TRanign Program for second group of the newly appointed judges is conducting the theoretical train from the sub-module on “enforcement Procedure” with trainer Mr. Isa Shala, private enforcement officer.
Topics that are being elaborated are: Credible documents, adequacy of enforceable and reliable document, usury, passing of credit or debit and conditional and reciprocal obligation.
Trainign methodology is case-based interactive discussions.
Beneficiaries of this training are 18 newly appointed judges.
