August 2 2022, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for the newly appointed prosecutors (generation 9) is conducting theoretical training from the sub-module on “the Law on Minor Offences”, with trainer Mrs. Mejreme Zekaj, Trainer at the Academy of Justice.
Topics elaborated in the first session are: Law on Minor Offences, principle of legality, presumption of innocence, principle of implementation of legislation, Minor offence and criminal offense, manner of committing minor offences and time, place of commission of minor offences.
The training methodology is being developed through the interactive method.
Beneficiaries of the training are the 6 newly appointed prosecutors.
