August 3 2022, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for the first group of the newly appointed judges (generation nine) is conducting the fifth session of the theoretical training from the sob-module on “Criminal Code – special part” with trainer Mr. Agim Maliqi, judge in the Supreme Court.
This training session is elaborating on the following aspects: fraud of customers, illicit trade, tax evasion, accepting bribes in the private sector, smuggling goods and evading the payment of mandatory customs duties or excise duties.
The training methodology is being developed through the interactive discussions and practical cases.
Beneficiaries of the training are 30 newly appointed judges, three of whom are from the Serbian community.
