On August 4, 2022, within the framework of the Initial Training Program, the Academy of Justice, for the newly appointed judges of the (9th) generation for the second group, is carrying out theoretical training under the module "Contentious procedure-first part", with the trainer engaged Mr. Zenel Leku, Judge at the Supreme Court.
In the framework of this session, the following topics are being addressed: Procedural presumptions regarding the parties, the understanding of the parties in the contentious procedure, the regular representation of the legal entity, the way of granting the authorization and the right to pursue the case in court.
The training methodology is being developed through an interactive and case-based method.
Beneficiaries of the training are 18 newly appointed judges.
