August 10 2022, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for the second group of newly appointed judges is delivering the theoretical training from the sub-module on “Law on Obligations” with trainer Mr. Fejzullah Rexhepi, Appeals Court judge.
This training session is elaborating on the following: law on obligations and the property law, sources of the law on obligations, the notion, characteristics and classification of obligations, features of obligations and their classification.
Training methodology is interactive based on practical cases.
Beneficiaries of this training are 18 newly appointed judges.
