On September 5, 2022, the Academy of Justice, within the framework of the Initial Program, for the newly appointed judges of the ninth generation for the first group, is conducting the theoretical training, the thirteenth training session under the module "Criminal Code-special part", in support of the trainer Mr. Kreshnik Radoniqi, Judge at the Court of Appeal - Special Department.
In the framework of this session, the following are being addressed: causing general risk, article 365 of the KPRK, misuse of position or official authority, conflict of interest, taking a bribe, giving a bribe, exercising influence, issuing illegal court decisions, failure to report or false reporting of assets, income, gifts, other material benefit or financial obligations.
The training methodology is being developed through the interactive method and practical cases.
Beneficiaries of the training are 30 newly appointed judges, two of whom are from the Serbian community.
