September 12 2022, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training program for the first group of newly appointed judges is conducting the theoretical training from the sub-module on Preliminary procedure with trainer Mr. Ali Kutllovci judge in the Mitrovica Basic Court.
This training session is covering the following: division of the criminal procedure, police preliminary actions, police authorizations – based on the Law on Police, police activities before commencement of the formal criminal procedure, role, relevance, reliability and the proving power, as well as criminal investigations.
Training methodology is interactive discussion and presentation of practical cases.
Beneficiaries of this training are 29 newly appointed judges, two of whom are of the Serbian community.
