September 13 2022, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges (generation 9) is conducting the first training session from the sub-module on “Role of the judge in preliminary proceeding, with trainer Mr. Agim Maliqi, Supreme court judge.
This training session is covering the following: competence and role of the judge in the preliminary proceeding, role of the preliminary procedure judge when issuing technical measures of surveillance and investigation and basic principles pertaining to expertise, with are under the competence of the preliminary procedure judge.
Beneficiaries of this training are 30 newly appointed judges including two of the Serbian community.
