On September 20, 2022, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Program, for the newly appointed judges of the ninth generation for the first group, is conducting the theoretical training, the first training session under the module "measures to ensure the presence of the defendant", with the trainer engaged Mr. Zyhdi Haziri, Judge at the Court of Appeal.
During this session, the following are being addressed: the defendant's promise that he will not leave his place of residence, the prohibition of the defendant to approach certain places and certain persons, the defendant's obligation to appear at the nearest police station and bail, prohibiting the defendant from approaching certain places and certain persons, obliging the defendant to appear at the nearest police station, house arrest, diversion and detention and house arrest.
The training methodology is being developed through the interactive discussion and practical cases.
Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges, two from the Serbian community.
