On 10-11 December 2015, KJI conducted “Specialized training program on capacity development in fight against corruption”.
This training aimed at professional capacity building of participants toward implementation of fair and effective anti-corruption national and international legislation, provide knowledge regarding phenomenology of forms of official corruption and organization of a successful strategy for combating corruption which is assessed as a threat to rule of law and development of the economy.
During the training, initially were elaborated the preparation stages of a trial in corruption case, qualification of these offences, corruption consequences, the relation between corruption with money laundering and the impact of this phenomena to human rights and freedoms. Within this context, were also treated the preparation and presentation of documents related to covert measures of investigation and surveillance, protected cooperative witnesses, as well as preparation of the case file.
This was the last session of this training program foreseen to be implemented during 2015.
Beneficiaries of this training were judges and prosecutors of basic level present at session I and session II.
