September 22 2002, Academy of Justice within the Continuous Training program in cooperation with the European Union – EUKOJUST are organizing training on “Access to justice for vulnerable groups – criminal aspect.
Trainers engaged in this activity are Mrs. Shpresa Emra President of the Basic Court in Prizren, and Mr. Rafet Haxhaj judge in the Appeals Court.
Purpose of this training is that the participants learn more about the international and regional laws on human rights, as well as mechanisms on hatred speech based on gender identity and sexual orientation.
Training methodology is combined with theoretical explanations and interactive discussions.
Participants in this training are judges and prosecutors of the basic instance and professional associates.
