September 27th 2022, Academy of Justice within the Continuous Training Program is conducting training on “Criminal offenses against life and body with focus on the criminal offenses of murder and aggravated murder”.
Trainers engaged for this activity are Mr. Ali Kutllovci judge in the Basic Court in Mitrovica, and Mr. Valdet Gashi Prosecutors in the Special Prosecution of Kosovo.
Purpose of this training is to extend the participants knowledge on murder crimes, and their qualified and privileged forms.
Training methodology is application of theoretical explanation with interactive discussions.
Beneficiaries of tis training are judges and prosecutors.
