On September 27, 2022, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Program, for the newly appointed judges of the ninth generation, is conducting the theoretical training, the second session, under the module "Penal Code-special part", with the trainer engaged Mr. Agim Maliqi, Judge at the Supreme Court.
Within this session, the following are being addressed: theft of services, serious theft, misuse of foreign property, possession of movable property and illegal occupation of immovable property.
The training methodology is being developed through the interactive method and practical cases.
Beneficiaries of the training are the 6 newly appointed prosecutors of the 9th generation, 2022/2023.
