September 30 2022, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed judges (generation nine) is conducting the training from the sub-module on “Contested procedure – second part” with trainer Mr. Hasan Shala judge in the Appeals Court.
This training is following the following topics: facts that don’t need to be proved, proving remedies and obtaining of evidence, the expertise, the writs- document and delivery to the parties.
Training methodology is application of practical cases and interactive discussions.
Beneficiaries of this training are 18 newly appointed judges.
