On October 4, 2022, the Academy of Justice, within the framework of the Initial Program, for the newly appointed prosecutors (generation 9), is conducting the theoretical training from the sub-module on "Criminal Code-special part", held by trainer Mr. Besim Kelmendi, acting Chief State Prosecutor.
This training session is covering the following: criminal offenses against the rights in employment relationships, criminal offenses against sexual integrity, enabling or coercion in prostitution and providing premises for enabling this type of coercion.
The training methodology is through the interactive discussions method and practical cases.
Beneficiaries of the training are 6 newly appointed prosecutors 2022/20223.
