On September 7, 2022, the Academy of Justice, within the framework of the Initial Program, for the newly appointed judges of the ninth generation for the second group, is carrying out the theoretical training, under the sub module "Contentious procedure - second part", with the trainer engaged Mr. Hasan Shala, Judge at the Court of Appeal.
Within this session, the following are being addressed: the participation of the third person in the trial, the unique co-litigants, the sui generis litigant, the intervention of the guardianship authority, the naming of the predecessor and the notification of the third person for the contentious procedure.
The training methodology is being developed through the interactive discussion and practical cases.
Beneficiaries of the training are 18 newly appointed judges.
